We learned early that if you want to be the best at something you can't worry about the price or the difficulty. At the Whistle Stop Café we do things differently, and we do them well.

We use only the highest quality meats, cut fresh to prepare your sandwich. Our tomatoes are fresh Ruskin ripe vines, our California lettuce is hand picked daily at the market to ensure freshness. Even though you may never see the labels the quality and freshness is undeniably in the taste.

Our crispy Italian, honey whole wheat, and New York style rye breads are baked oven-fresh daily in our bakery and sliced hot to guarantee the freshest sandwich possible.

Our soups, tomato Florentine, potato & bacon, broccoli & cheese, chicken & dumpling, French onion, steak & black bean are made fresh each day. We buy the best Perdue white breasted chicken for our chicken dumpling soup, real veal bones to help us make better onion soup.

Our signature gourmet cookies, chocolate filled chocolate chip, peanut butter fudge, coconut filled fudge macaroon, white chocolate filled macadamia cookies are baked fresh daily in our bakery and served hot at the Whistle Stop Café. It's been told our oven-fresh gourmet cookies are "the very best."

Pure bottled water is used in all our food and drinks that call for water ingredients. Our breads, soups, teas, coffee use pure bottled water to insure that only the highest quality ingredients go into the food and drinks we serve you.
